Target Information
ZNF197 단백질은 zinc finger protein superfamily에 속하며, 핵산 결합 zinc finger 도메인을 가진 조절 단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 20개의 C2H2-type zinc finger, KRAB 도메인, SCAN box를 포함하며, 빠른 전사체 turnover를 특징으로 하는 3' UTR AUUUA motif를 가집니다. 일부 갑상선 유두암에서 과발현되며, 3p21 영역의 zinc finger 유전자 클러스터 내에 위치합니다. 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
