UBXN2B (UBX domain-containing protein 2B)은 NSFL1 cofactor p37 또는 p97 cofactor p37로도 알려져 있으며, 331개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 UBX 도메인과 SEP 도메인을 포함하며, ER과 Golgi의 형성 및 유지에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
VCP와 상호작용하여 막 융합 활성을 가지는 복합체를 형성하며, USO1-GOLGA2 결합 및 BET1L이 필요합니다.
VCPIP1도 필요하지만, 그 탈유비퀴틴화 활성은 필요하지 않습니다.
