Lacutamab은 KIR3DL2를 표적으로 하는 바이오시밀러 항체입니다. Killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIRs)는 자연살해세포(NK 세포)와 일부 T 세포에서 발현되는 막관통 당단백질입니다. KIR 유전자는 다형성과 높은 상동성을 가지며, 염색체 19q13.4의 1 Mb leukocyte receptor complex(LRC)에 위치합니다.
KIR 단백질은 세포외 면역글로불린 도메인 수(2D 또는 3D)와 세포질 도메인 길이(L 또는 S)에 따라 분류됩니다. 긴 세포질 도메인을 가진 KIR은 ITIM을 통해 억제 신호를 전달하며, 짧은 세포질 도메인을 가진 KIR은 TYRO 단백질 티로신 키나아제 결합 단백질과 연관되어 활성화 신호를 전달합니다.
