Target Information
RASSF5는 Ras association domain family에 속하는 종양 억제 유전자로, 다양한 암에서 불활성화됩니다. 이 단백질은 중심체와 미세소관에 위치하며, Ras, Rap1 및 기타 Ras 유사 GTPase의 활성형과 결합합니다. 림프구 부착을 조절하고 활성화된 Rap1 또는 Ras에 의해 유도되는 세포 성장을 억제합니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
