Application Note: For ICC, formaldehyde fixation is recommended. Permeabilization with Triton-X 100 is recommended for formaldehyde-fixed cells. For IHC, epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA pH 9.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.

Target Information

DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors.
