Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PPAT protein is a member of the purine/pyrimidine phosphoribosyltransferase family.
It functions as a regulatory allosteric enzyme catalyzing the first step of de novo purine nucleotide biosynthesis.
The PPAT gene and the PAICS/AIRC gene, encoding a bifunctional enzyme catalyzing steps six and seven in the same pathway, are located in close proximity on chromosome 4.
