Target Information
Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERRG, also known as ERR3 or NR3B3) is an orphan nuclear hormone receptor that functions as a transcription activator even in the absence of a ligand. It binds specifically to estrogen response elements and activates reporter genes under their control. ERRG also induces the expression of PERM1 in skeletal muscle.
