Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 receptor tyrosine kinase입니다. 다양한 암에서 발현이 보고되었으며, 두 개의 α-서브유닛과 두 개의 β-서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태를 가집니다. α-서브유닛은 IGF-1에 높은 친화도를 가지며, 결합 후 1134, 1135, 1136 위치에서 자가 인산화가 일어납니다. 활성화된 IGF1R은 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 경로를 순차적으로 활성화시켜 세포 증식 관련 유전자의 전사를 유도합니다.
