Target Information
This nucleolar protein was first characterized as an autoantigen in cases of interstitial cystitis.
The protein, with a predicted molecular weight of approximately 50 kDa, is localized in the particulate compartment of the interphase nucleolus, distinct from nucleolar protein B23.
During mitosis, it is associated with chromosomes.
