Target Information

ZFP91는 zinc finger 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, C2H2 타입 도메인을 포함하는 전형적인 뉴클레산 결합 단백질입니다. 이 유전자는 단일 전사체(monocistronic transcript)뿐 아니라 ZFP91과 CNTF 서열이 함께 전사된 변이형(co-transcribed variant)을 생성합니다. 두 전사체는 서로 다른 이소폼을 암호화하며, ZFP91과 CNTF의 공동 전사는 생쥐에서도 관찰되었습니다.
