For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

KLHL2 (kelch-like protein 2), also known as actin-binding protein Mayven, is a 593 amino acid actin-binding protein.
It is highly expressed in the brain and is thought to play a role in organizing the actin cytoskeleton in brain cells.
