Target Information

NXF3는 핵 RNA 수출 인자(Nuclear RNA Export Factor) 유전자군의 구성원으로, 비정형 RNP-type RNA 결합 도메인(RBD), 4개의 leucine-rich repeats (LRRs), NTF2-like 도메인, ubiquitin-associated 도메인을 포함합니다. 이 도메인들은 핵 수출 기능에 필수적이며, 대체 스플라이싱이 일반적인 조절 메커니즘으로 작용합니다. NXF3 단백질은 LRR 및 ubiquitin-associated 도메인이 짧고, RNA 결합 능력이 없는 RBD를 가지며, 핵질(nucleoplasm)에 위치하지만 핵막이나 핵소체에는 결합하지 않습니다.
