Target Information
N-cadherin은 칼슘 의존적 세포 간 접착을 매개하는 140 kDa 막단백질로, 발생 과정에서 형태형성 운동 조절 및 세포 표면 접착 조절에 관여합니다. C-말단 영역은 세포질 카테닌 단백질과 상호작용하며, 이 결합의 안정성은 β-catenin의 인산화 상태에 의해 조절됩니다. N-cadherin은 5개의 세포외 반복 영역, 막관통부위, 보존된 세포질 꼬리를 포함하며, 배아 발생 중 좌우 비대칭성 확립에 필수적입니다.
