Target Information
ARPP19는 단백질 인산화효소 2A (PP2A)를 유사분열 중에 특이적으로 억제하는 단백질 인산화효소 억제제입니다. Ser-62에서 인산화될 때 PPP2R2D (PR55-delta)와 상호작용하여 PP2A 활성을 억제하며, 이는 M기 동안 cyclin-B1-CDK1 활성을 유지하는 데 필수적입니다. 또한 NGF 조절 영역의 mRNA에 결합하여 GAP-43 발현을 간접적으로 증가시킬 수 있습니다.
