The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
Neuronal membrane glycoprotein M6-a is a protein encoded by the GPM6A gene in humans. It is involved in:
- Neuronal differentiation and migration of neuronal stem cells
- Neuronal plasticity, neurite and filopodia outgrowth, and synapse formation
- GPM6A-induced filopodia formation via MAPK and Src signaling pathways
- NGF-dependent Ca²⁺ influx regulation
- Endocytosis and intracellular trafficking of GPCRs, enhancing internalization and recycling of mu-type opioid receptor
