For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
KRT24 encodes a member of the type I (acidic) keratin family, part of the intermediate filament (IF) protein superfamily.
Keratins are heteropolymeric structural proteins forming intermediate filaments that, together with actin microfilaments and microtubules, compose the cytoskeleton of epithelial cells.
Type I keratin genes are clustered in the chromosome region 17q12–q21.
