Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 단백질입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1 유전자) 및 B(NME2 유전자) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었으며, 두 개의 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다. 또한 NME1과 인접한 NME2 유전자의 공동 전사로 인해 두 단백질의 서열을 공유하는 융합 단백질을 암호화하는 자연 발생 전사체(NME1-NME2)가 생성됩니다.
