ERBB2 신호전달의 매개자로 작용하며, MEMO1–RHOA–DIAPH1 경로는 ERBB2 의존적 미세소관 안정화에 중요합니다.
또한 GSK3B 활성 조절을 통해 APC 및 CLASP2의 세포막 위치를 조절하고, MACF1의 미세소관 포획 및 안정화에 기여합니다.
유방암 세포 이동에 필수적인 단백질입니다.
