Target Information
MAGEC3는 MAGEC 유전자 패밀리의 구성원으로, 정상 조직에서는 고환 외에는 발현되지 않으며 다양한 조직학적 유형의 종양에서 발현됩니다.
MAGEC 유전자는 염색체 Xq26-q27 영역에 클러스터되어 있으며, 서로 다른 두 가지 isoform을 인코딩하는 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
