이 항체는 교차흡수 처리되어 소, 닭, 말, 사람, 돼지, 토끼, 쥐에 대한 반응성을 최소화합니다.
Western blot 실험에서는 PBST 또는 TBST 내 5% 탈지우유(non-fat dry milk)를 사용하여 항체 차단 및 반응을 수행하는 것이 권장됩니다. BSA는 권장되지 않습니다.
