Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc fingers and a positive regulatory domain. It is associated with B cell differentiation and tumor suppression. Mouse studies suggest involvement in central nervous system development and neuronal storage disease pathogenesis. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
