Target Information
NfuA is involved in iron-sulfur cluster biogenesis. It binds a 4Fe-4S cluster, transfers this cluster to apoproteins, and participates in the maturation of FeS proteins. It may also act as a scaffold chaperone for damaged FeS proteins.
