Invitrogen™ ViewRNA™ ISH Cell Assay Kit

The ViewRNA™ ISH Cell Assay is a direct fluorescence RNA in situ hybridization (FISH) method that enables simultaneous detection of one to four RNA targets (mRNA or non-coding RNA) with single-copy sensitivity and single-cell resolution using fluorescence microscopes or high-content imagers.
Unlike traditional FISH techniques that often suffer from high background and low sensitivity, this assay employs proprietary chemistry for target-specific probe sets (RNA FISH probes) and branch DNA (bDNA) signal amplification for specific and robust detection.
