Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SUMO is a small ubiquitin-like protein that can be covalently conjugated to other proteins.
SENP2 is an enzyme that processes newly synthesized SUMO1, SUMO2, and SUMO3 into their mature conjugatable forms and catalyzes deconjugation of SUMO proteins from their substrates.
SENP2 may also down-regulate CTNNB1 levels and modulate the Wnt signaling pathway.
