PRCP (Prolylcarboxypeptidase) is a lysosomal, serine carboxypeptidase belonging to the S28 family of peptidases.
It consists mainly of two domains:
- α/β hydrolase domain containing the catalytic Asp-His-Ser triad
- Novel helical structural domain that covers the active site
