Anti-RING finger protein 135
Ring finger protein 135 (RNF135) gene is mapped to chromosome 17q11.2 within the NF1 (neurofibromin 1) gene locus. It codes for a ring finger domain-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase expressed in the cortex and cerebellum. RNF 135, also known as riplet, contains RING domain in its N-terminal and C-terminal SPRY (SPla and the Ryanodine) and PRY motifs.
