Description
GOPC (Golgi-associated PDZ and coiled-coil motif containing) is a novel cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR)-associating, PDZ domain-containing protein consisting of two predicted coiled-coil domains and one PDZ domain. It is localized in the Golgi apparatus and mapped to chromosome 6q21A.
