Prestige Antibodies® Powered by Atlas Antibodies, affinity isolated antibody, buffered aqueous glycerol solution
The gene NEK10 (NIMA related kinase 10) is mapped to human chromosome 3p24. The encoded protein belongs to the NEK kinase family of proteins. NEK10 is a serine threonine kinase. The protein has armadillo repeats, coiled coil domains, a kinase domain and a PEST (proline (P), glutamic acid (E), serine (S), and threonine (T)) sequence. NEK10 mRNA is present in the lung, spleen and mammary glands.
