HRAS-like suppressor 2 (HRASLS2) belongs to type II tumor suppressor HREV107 family and is expressed predominantly in trachea, intestine and kidney. It has N-terminal proline-rich region, a lecithin:retinol acyltransferase homology domain (LRAT) and a C-terminal hydrophobic domain, critical for intracellular targeting HRASLS2 is mapped to human chromosome 11q12.3.
