Anti-Coronin-1C (C-terminal) antibody produced in rabbit
~1.5 mg/mL, affinity isolated antibody
Anti-Coronin-3 (mouse), Anti-Coronin-1C (C-terminal region), Anti-HCRNN4, Anti-CORO1C
Coronin-1C (also known as CORO1C, Coronin-3, HCRNN4) belongs to the coronin family of tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD) 40 repeat-containing proteins. Coronin-1C is ubiquitously expressed and co-localizes with F-actin. In fibroblasts, CORO1C is localized both in the cytosol and in the submembrane cytoskeleton, especially at lamellipodia and membrane ruffles.
