The Human Dickkopf homolog 3 (DKK3) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit is an in vitro assay designed for quantitative measurement of human DKK-3 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and urine.
DKK3 protein belongs to the Dickkopf family and functions as a tumor suppressor gene, which is downregulated in several human cancers. The DKK3 gene is located on human chromosome 11p15.3.
