제품 설명
The pro-interleukin-16 (IL16) gene is mapped to human chromosome 15q26.3. IL16 mRNA is present particularly in leukocytes. It is produced as a large precursor protein which is cleaved by caspase-3 and released as a carboxyl-terminal 121-amino acid fragment. It was formerly called lymphocyte chemoattractant factor.
