Strong immunoreaction can be observed in neuronal cells and pancreatic islets, while cells from the bile duct, exocrine pancreatus and smooth muscle are generally negative. One band of ~42 kDa is detectable from lysates of 293T cells overexpressing ATP6Ap2.
