Collibri™ PS DNA Library Prep Kits for Illumina Systems

The Invitrogen Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation kits are designed for next-generation sequencing (NGS) on Illumina systems. The kit supports whole-genome sequencing (WGS) applications and is suitable for all genomes, including FFPE samples.

The Collibri PS DNA Library Preparation Kit offers higher confidence in SNP and INDEL calling due to better coverage of challenging genomic regions from a wide range of inputs (1 ng to 1 μg) of physically sheared double-stranded DNA, cfDNA, or amplicons (≤300 bp) of any species. The entire library preparation protocol takes about three hours with a PCR workflow. Additionally, a PCR-free version is available for inputs starting at 500 ng DNA.
