This antibody detects endogenous levels of total PPP4R2 protein.
Target Information
PPP4R2 encodes a regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 complex. This complex is required for efficient DNA double-strand break repair and plays a role in microtubule organization at centrosomes and in the processing of spliceosomal snRNPs. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
