Product Specific Information
Reconstitute antibody with 50 µL of double distilled water (DDW).
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer periods, small aliquots should be stored at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freezing and thawing.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Homology: Mouse and human amino acid residues are identical.
Target Information
NETO2 is a predicted transmembrane protein containing two extracellular CUB domains followed by a low-density lipoprotein class A (LDLa) domain.
It also has an intracellular FXNPXY-like motif, which is essential for the internalization of clathrin-coated pits during endocytosis.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed but not fully characterized.
