Product Specific Information
The allophycocyanin (APC)-Alexa Fluor™ 750 dye tandem conjugate allows for multicolor measurements using excitation by lasers that emit from 633 to 650 nm.
Target Information
The human CD62L is a 74–95 kDa glycoprotein, a member of the selectin family of adhesion receptors. L-Selectin consists of:
- An N-terminal C-type lectin binding domain
- An EGF-like domain
- Two short consensus repeat (SCR) sequences homologous to complement-binding proteins
- A short spacer region, transmembrane region, and cytoplasmic region
Human CD62L (L-Selectin) is constitutively expressed on all classes of leukocytes, including lymphocytes (except a substantial population of memory T cells), monocytes, and polymorphonuclear cells.
