Target Information
UBAC1는 ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) 하위군에 속합니다. hnRNPs는 RNA 결합 단백질로서 heterogeneous nuclear RNA(hnRNA)와 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질들은 pre-mRNA 처리 및 mRNA 대사와 수송의 여러 측면에 영향을 미칩니다. 대부분의 hnRNPs는 핵 내에 존재하지만 일부는 핵과 세포질 사이를 이동합니다. UBAC1 단백질은 RNA 결합에 관여하는 두 개의 RRM 도메인을 가지고 있습니다.
