Target Information
DNAJA2 유전자가 암호화하는 단백질은 진화적으로 보존된 DNAJ/HSP40 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, ATPase 활성을 자극하여 분자 샤페론 활성을 조절합니다. DNAJ 단백질은 일반적으로 다음과 같은 세 가지 영역을 가집니다:
- N-말단에 위치한 보존된 70 아미노산 길이의 J 도메인
- Glycine/Phenylalanine(G/F) 풍부 영역
- Zinc finger 유사 모티프를 포함하는 Cysteine-rich 도메인
DNAJA2 단백질은 Hsp70의 보조 샤페론(co-chaperone)으로 작용하여 단백질 접힘 및 미토콘드리아 단백질 수입 과정에 관여합니다.
