Target Information

KEAP1 유전자는 KELCH-1 유사 도메인과 BTB/POZ 도메인을 포함하는 단백질을 암호화합니다.
이 단백질은 NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)와 산화환원 감응성 방식으로 상호작용하며, 세포질에서 두 단백질이 분리되면 Nrf2가 핵으로 이동하여 γ-glutamylcysteine synthetase의 촉매 서브유닛 발현을 유도합니다.
두 개의 대체 스플라이싱 전사체가 동일한 아이소폼을 암호화하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
