Target Information
VSNL1 유전자는 신경 칼슘 센서 단백질의 visinin/recoverin 하위군에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 소뇌의 과립 세포에서 강하게 발현되며, 칼슘 의존적으로 막과 결합하여 아데닐릴 사이클레이스의 활성을 직접 혹은 간접적으로 조절함으로써 중추신경계 내 세포 내 신호 전달 경로를 조절합니다.
대체 스플라이싱된 전사 변형체가 관찰되었으나, 그 전체 길이는 아직 확정되지 않았습니다.
