Target Information
14-3-3 gamma는 인산화 세린을 포함하는 단백질과 결합하여 신호 전달을 매개하는 14-3-3 단백질군에 속합니다. 이 단백질군은 식물과 포유류 모두에서 보존되어 있으며, rat ortholog와 100% 동일합니다. 인간 혈관 평활근 세포에서 성장 인자에 의해 유도되며, 골격근과 심근에서 높은 발현을 보여 근육 조직에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 추정됩니다. 또한 RAF1 및 protein kinase C와 상호작용하여 다양한 신호 전달 경로에 관여합니다.
