Invitrogen™ RiboMinus™ Human/Mouse Transcriptome Isolation Kit

RiboMinus™ Human/Mouse Transcriptome Isolation Kit은 총 RNA 시료에서 큰 리보솜 RNA(rRNA) 분자를 제거하여 mRNA 전사체 전체 스펙트럼을 풍부화하는 혁신적인 정제 시스템입니다. 이 키트는 기존의 polyA+ 정제 방식에 의존하지 않고, 인간 또는 생쥐의 총 RNA에서 18S 및 28S rRNA 분자의 95% 이상을 제거합니다.
이를 통해 비폴리아데닐화(non-polyA-tailed) RNA, 절단된 mRNA, 기타 조절 RNA 등 polyA 선택법으로는 정제할 수 없는 RNA를 포함한 다양한 전사체를 확보할 수 있습니다.
정제된 RNA는 라이브러리 제작, RT-PCR, 마이크로어레이 등의 후속 응용에 적합합니다.
