Target Information
LRWD1 단백질은 G1/S 전이(G1/S transition)에 필요하며, G1기 동안 pre-replication complex(preRC)를 형성하기 위해 origin recognition complex(ORC)를 크로마틴에 모집하고 안정화시킵니다. 또한 복제 후 세포의 이질염색질 부위에도 작용합니다.
