Target Information
BRD4는 BET 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 핵 인산화 단백질로, 인간 MCAP의 상동체입니다. 두 개의 N-말단 bromodomain, 중앙 ET-domain, 그리고 여러 kinase-like motif를 포함하며, 두 가지 isoform으로 발현됩니다. 긴 형태는 C-말단에 proline 및 glutamine이 풍부한 영역을 포함합니다. BRD4는 성장 자극에 반응하여 발현이 유도되며, 세포주기 조절 및 염색체 역학 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 papillomavirus의 E2 단백질의 세포 내 표적 역할을 합니다.
