Target Information
GPS2 유전자는 G 단백질-매개 MAPK 신호 전달 경로에 관여하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 유전자가 과발현되면 RAS 및 MAPK 매개 신호를 억제하고 JNK 활성을 방해하여 신호 억제 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다. GPS2 단백질은 NCOR1-HDAC3 복합체의 필수 서브유닛으로, JNK 활성화를 억제하여 호르몬 매개 AP1 기능 길항의 대체 기전을 제공할 수 있습니다.
