Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The exact function of the protein encoded by this gene is not fully known. However, the gene product contains a KRAB domain at the N-terminus (involved in protein–protein interactions) and a transposase domain at the C-terminus, suggesting that it may belong to the family of DNA-mediated transposons in humans.
