The XBridge Premier Peptide BEH C18 Column, 300 Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 100 mm Columns have been specially optimized and QC tested with cytochrome c digest standards (p/n: 186006371) for peptide separations. The wide-pore (300Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to assay samples for especially large peptides in proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. This column is part of the MaxPeak Premier Class of Columns, which deliver the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes. Suggested Use: Peptide Separations, Peptide Analysis. This column comes equipped with an electronic eConnect column tag containing unique column-specific information. These NFC-enabled device-tagged columns were developed to automatically identify, track and digitally trace column use history. eConnect columns can be used on any HPLC, but its advantages are unlocked when used with the Waters Alliance iS and Alliance iS Bio System running Empower software.
