Target Information
SPHK1은 SPHK2와 함께 sphingosine의 인산화를 촉매하여 sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P)를 생성합니다. S1P는 G-단백질 결합 수용체를 통해 신호를 전달하며 세포 분화, 칼슘 이동, 세포사멸 등 다양한 세포 과정에 관여합니다. SPHK 억제제는 암 치료를 위한 잠재적 치료제로 연구되고 있습니다.
S1P는 세포 내외에서 신호 분자로 작용하며, EDG 계열의 G 단백질 결합 수용체(S1P Receptors)를 통해 작용합니다.
