For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU, 5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine) is a synthetic nucleoside analogue of thymidine.
BrdU is used to detect proliferating cells by incorporation into newly synthesized DNA during the S phase of the cell cycle.
Detection requires denaturation of DNA, typically through acid or heat exposure, allowing antibodies specific to BrdU to bind and identify replicating cells.
